Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy By booking any service, you agree to the following terms: Appointments & Booking All services must be booked in advance. Appointments are confirmed only after full payment or deposit (if applicable). Availability is limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of payment. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee or require a new booking. Late Arrivals A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund, depending on availability. No-Shows Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. Refunds All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered or once the appointment is confirmed within the cancellation window.
