At TeNavie Business Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality business support and consulting services. Because our services involve professional expertise, time, planning, and administrative work, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your service. Work may begin immediately upon payment, depending on the service selected.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun or a consultation has been completed.

Appointment Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session.
A 10% late cancellation fee may be charged to cover reserved time and administrative costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Digital & Professional Services
TeNavie Business Solutions provides digital business support, consulting, and administrative services rather than physical products. Because our services involve professional time, expertise, research, planning, and customized support, all services, whether completed or initiated, are considered final.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if TeNavie Business Solutions is unable to provide the agreed-upon service. Any approved exception is made solely at the discretion of TeNavie Business Solutions.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting TeNavie Business Solutions may result in the suspension or termination of future services.
