• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to complete services.

• TeNavie Business Solutions provides LLC formation assistance, EIN assistance, business setup support, business administration support, and compliance guidance. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

• State filing fees, government fees, and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated.

• Service results may vary and are dependent on client participation, information provided, and applicable state requirements. No specific business outcomes, approvals, revenue, or profits are guaranteed.
